Seller registration is currently free of charge. shop funeral europe reserves the right to introduce paid subscription plans with advance notice of at least 30 days. All prices on the platform are displayed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT obligations are the sole responsibility of the respective Seller and Buyer in accordance with applicable EU VAT rules, including intra-community supply rules and the reverse charge mechanism where applicable.
In accordance with EU Council Directive 2021/514 (DAC7), shop funeral europe may be required to collect and report seller information to the relevant tax authorities. By registering as a Seller, you consent to the collection of identity, VAT registration and transaction data for the purposes of DAC7 reporting where applicable.
All content on shopfuneraleurope.com — including design, text, graphics and code — is the property of funeral europe or its licensors. Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant shop funeral europe a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
You may not copy, reproduce or distribute platform content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shop funeral europe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the fees paid by that party to shop funeral europe in the 12 months preceding the claim.
