1. About funeral europe

funeral europe operates a B2B online marketplace at shopfuneraleurope.com connecting funeral product suppliers with professional buyers across Europe. funeral europe is based in Spain.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all users of the marketplace, including suppliers (vendors) and buyers. By registering or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

3. Eligibility

The marketplace is intended for professional use only. By registering, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and not as a consumer. funeral europe reserves the right to reject or remove any account that does not meet this requirement.

4. Supplier obligations

  • Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing and availability
  • Suppliers must fulfil orders within the timeframes stated on their product pages
  • Suppliers must hold all necessary licences and comply with applicable laws in their country
  • funeral europe acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not party to the contract between supplier and buyer

5. Buyer obligations

  • Buyers are responsible for verifying that products meet their requirements before ordering
  • Buyers must provide accurate billing, shipping and VAT information
  • Orders placed on the marketplace constitute a binding purchase agreement with the supplier

6. Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. B2B transactions within the EU are subject to reverse charge VAT rules. Buyers are responsible for declaring and paying VAT in their own jurisdiction.

7. Commission and fees

funeral europe charges suppliers a commission on each completed order as set out on the Pricing page. Commission rates depend on the supplier’s plan. funeral europe reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. funeral europe does not store card details. In case of dispute, buyers should contact the supplier directly in the first instance.

9. Returns and disputes

Return and refund policies are set by each supplier. funeral europe is not liable for supplier non-performance but will assist in mediating disputes where possible. Contact sales@shopfuneraleurope.com to raise a dispute.

10. Limitation of liability

funeral europe is not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss of profit damages arising from use of the marketplace. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the commission received on the relevant transaction.

11. Intellectual property

All content on shopfuneraleurope.com is the property of funeral europe or its suppliers. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
